October, 15th 2010. We have finished the research for the market of system integration in segment of the government and private tenders for delivery of IT solutions and equipment sales. In addition, during the research has been carried out analysis of the legislation and the major indicators of Electronic Trade Platform (ETP).

Research results show us that IT market of services and equipment starts to leave the Crisis. 2010 was the year of coming back to before-crisis positions. The reason of market growth caused by crisis pent-up demand on IT solutions and equipment, and also Goverment significant influence to development own IТ infrastructures. The basic tool for realization of Government purchases is Electronic Tender Platforms (ETP). But the implementation volumes through ETP resulted 3% in 2009 from total IT solution market  and sales of telecom equipment, delivery through ETP is considered to be the rapidly growing sales channel. Purchases growth through ETP exceeded 50 % in services and equipment. We recommend keeping eye on the market.
