In February 2015, during the regular fixed-line market research, data transmission and Internet in the Moscow region Direct INFO conducted a telephone survey, which was attended by 950 private users of fixed telephony in Moscow.

 

The aim of the survey was to obtain information on user satisfaction with the services provided by fixed line telephone company and their willingness to change the operator, with the possible emergence of a new service number portability of fixed telephony (so-called service LNP - from the English. Landline Number Portability). According to the survey were received 326 successful profiles. Below are some results of this study:
